Embarcadero Technologies Authorizes Stock Repurchase Program
San Francisco, Calif, September 18, 2001
- Embarcadero Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: EMBT), a leading

announced that its board of directors has authorized an initial stock repurchase
program of up to 250,000 shares of its Common Stock.
Depending on market conditions and other factors, repurchases will be made from
time to time in the open market and in negotiated transactions, including block
transactions, and may be discontinued at any time.
