Do you have experience of achieving personal sales targets, and meeting KPI's in a sales or customer service environment? Are you a great communicator who readily talks to customers on the phone and enjoys writing business emails? Are you looking to join a profitable and growing organisation where you can add value and help develop business further? If so, then this is the job opportunity for you!

This role reports to the Benelux Sales Manager based in the Netherlands, and requires you to take charge of establishing and developing new and existing relationships, and building a healthy sales pipeline in our Benelux region. Our goal is to dramatically grow revenue from small and medium size companies from all sectors by targeting new customers as well as up-selling and cross-selling our innovative product range to existing customers. Could you help us achieve that goal?

You will need to use your sales skills to ensure that you consistently meet or exceed your goals by closing your allocated revenue targets on time each quarter. You will also need to maintain the Salesforce.com CRM system to show the status of each opportunity, and generate monthly reports.

Let's talk about you!

You will be a fluent Dutch speaker as well as having good English, and also French language skills to deal with our Belgian customers. Ideally you will also have some hi-tech/software sector experience. Your background will include both sales and some customer service experience. You will be articulate and adept in communicating effectively with customers, always able to maintain your friendly sales-orientated customer service attitude even when the pressure is on!

Your self-sufficiency will compliment your organisational skills, and you will be happy to "roll up your sleeves" to ensure that you successfully meet your deadlines and target, keep your records and data "clean", and produce regular reports on time as you develop your business within the organisation.
