Lead Development Representative
Austin, TX

Embarcadero Technologies seeks a highly motivated professional to join its Lead Development Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective clients and bringing in new business through Tele-Qualified Leads. This role requires a high volume of outbound warm and cold calls on a daily basis. The ability to tele-prospect for new business/clients, as well as provide a high level of customer service is crucial. The Lead Development Representative will be measured on the ability to perform and hit daily, weekly and monthly metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Outbound Tele-Prospecting calls to market Embarcadero business solutions to companies in a defined territory.
  • Develop new prospects through tele-prospecting and generating Tele-Qualified Leads for the sales team.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients to nurture in to Tele-Qualified Leads.
  • Nurture prospect relationships by providing strong customer service and strategic solutions.
  • Recognize customer business problems and drive/influence resources to address these needs; create Tele-Qualified Leads based on the business problems and influencers.

Latin America Channel Sales Representative

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Embarcadero's distributors and direct sales in Spanish-speaking Latin America. Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage optimization of the Embarcadero family of websites worldwide for search engine listings, site rankings, and keywords. Monitor and report on competitor standings. Utilize web analytics to monitor website and performance metrics.
  • Seek out and develop new ways to drive traffic through innovative advertising approaches as well as monitor and analyze performance measures to improve website and direct marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze and improve the visitor experience and conversion rates on our sites and landing pages.
  • Devise and implement appropriate campaigns for online advertising activities.
  • Successfully team with colleagues and external partners when appropriate on online marketing projects.
  • Work closely with all members of Marketing Operations, Creative and Product Marketing teams.
