Sales Enablement Specialist
Austin, Texas

Embarcadero Technologies seeks a Sales Enablement Specialist responsible for assisting our inside sales and maintenance renewal teams with quote generation, pricing and licensing information.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, manage and submit sales quotes accurately into SalesForce
  • Provide upgrade pricing with full comprehension of a complex price book
  • Serve as liaison between product marketing team and sales team for product related queries
  • Monitor, receive and update information relevant to the product rollout activities
  • Responsible for correct and accurate order processing
  • Ensure all client purchase orders/credit card orders are entered, configured
  • Keep sales team informed of any problems and final resolution of issue
  • Work with Salesforce.com admin to ensure database is up to date with current product pricing
  • Keep Roadmaps updated
  • Responsible for maintain accurate records of all price lists
  • Report generation; create reporting metrics and analysis

The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective clients and bringing in new business through Tele-Qualified Leads. This role requires a high volume of outbound warm and cold calls on a daily basis.
