Embarcadero Ranks as Fastest Growing Worldwide Database Design Vendor SAN FRANCISCO - Oct. 24, 2007 - According to a recent report issued by Gartner Dataquest, Embarcadero Technologies is the fastest growing database design vendor in the industry. The Gartner Dataquest report, "Application Development and Project and Portfolio Management Software, Worldwide, 2006," ranks Embarcadero as the fastest growing database design vendor in the worldwide market in 2006 based on total software revenue, with an annual growth rate of 27.7 percent. Embarcadero attributes its pace-setting growth to it strategic partnerships and product development initiatives. This year, the company launched EA/Studio, a business process and conceptual modeling tool, and further enhanced its data modeling offering with ER/Studio 7.5 with XML features in support of SOA initiatives.
