- Free Delphi Prism 2011 product must be redeemed by September 30, 2010
- Offer void where prohibited by law
- Purchased and free products must be registered to the same end user and can only be used by the same user
- Free product does not include maintenance but is covered under RAD Studio Maintenance if you separately purchased RAD Studio Maintenance
- Purchased multi-user license packs qualify for the same number of single user licenses of eligible free products as the number of users in the purchased multi-user pack

FAQs
Will my RAD Studio 2010 also include Delphi Prism 2010?
Yes. RAD Studio 2010 won’t be updated to include Delphi Prism 2011 as part of the default install. With this offer you’ll have licenses for both Delphi Prism 2010 and 2011.
Do I have to install Delphi Prism 2010 before I install 2011?
No. You can just install 2011 if you only want to use the latest version. You do have to register your RAD Studio 2010 product before you get the Delphi Prism 2011 so you could just install the Delphi and/or C++Builder portions of RAD Studio and register and then get your copy of Delphi Prism 2011.
If I purchased RAD Studio before May 26, 2010 can I still get a free copy of Delphi Prism 2011?
Only if you purchased maintenance for your RAD Studio license. If you have an active maintenance agreement, you will receive a notification to download Delphi Prism 2011 and a Delphi Prism 2011 license from our Maintenance Portal.
