SAN FRANCISCO — Oct. 12, 2012 — Embarcadero Technologies announced today it is sponsoring a new free webinar series titled "Practical Steps For Data Governance," hosted by David Loshin, president of Knowledge Integrity. This bi-weekly Friday series is comprised of five unique sessions running Oct. 19 through Dec. 14, 2012.
Live webinars will focus on practical aspects of data governance including roles, responsibilities, lifecycle and tools. In addition, attendees will gain an understanding of the role of the data steward and the tools that support data stewardship. Each session will be interactive, with time given for attendees to ask their own questions and share experiences as appropriate.
